Security Light On Not Blinking

2001, the light was blinking the other day. Did the reprogram and it started fine. The last few days the security light will come on but not blinking. What does that mean?? Car did not die, runs fine, I shut the car down and it started right back up. Then some times the light will not come on. I read the owners manual and it does not say anything about a security light that does not blink.

I actually like it when this happens because then my car doesnt have the blinking issue haha... But yeah when this light turns on in mine it will stay on for a month or so and then when the battery dies it goes away and I get stuck with waiting 10 minutes for my car to start again...
