hey, i just put a clutch in a 1995 ford taurus SHO with the 3.0 motor. and it drove into the garage fine and after i got everything back together i hooked up the battery and it just cranks. and i can hear the fuel pump coming on, i have not checked for spark yet. i was just wondering if there are any plugs around the transmission area that would cause the car not to start if unplugged by accident. or if the car has some kind of security deal for the battery. any info would help. thanks

I don't think of any other than the crankshaft position sensor or maybe whatever is used on the 5-speed in place of the manual lever position/transmission range sensor.
But a close visual inspection with a good light and checking for spark and fuel would be good things to check as well.
