Does any body have any ideas for the blue areas on the Epson NSX kit from Tamiya. The in structions say to mix Flat Aluminum,Blue and White. I will not use the Acrylics for bodies. Pictures of the car do not look metallic at all and look similar to the Calsonic Blue only maybe darker.

Perfect match would be this Honda NSX Epson Blue at Hiroboy's store.

I know this thread is already months old but I was looking for some tips on building the Tamiya EPSON NSX (yeah, I used the search button up there).

I noticed that it was posted here that the blue parts are a mix of flat aluminum, blue, and white.

I would just like to correct that Tamiya X-16 is purple and not flat aluminum which is Tamiya XF-16. So that would make the mix as 5 parts (X-16) purple, 4 parts (X-4) blue, and 2 parts (X-2) white.

Hope my post didn't come too late that 935k3 has already painted his kit. Or has he got the pre-mixed paint from hiroboy already?

Thanks, I did notice my mistake. I have not painted it yet bit I bought Tamiya's Violet Blue(for Raybrig cars) and will mix a little Krylon True Blue to get it right. I discovered that I could mix Tamiya's TS paints and Krylon, it mixed and sprayed normally.
