2006 Colorado Cig. Lighter/Power Port dead

Ok, I may have overloaded one of my 12V plugs with a portable light bar, but I figured it would just be a fuse. I know each port has it's own fuse, and both fuses are good. Yet the one power port is dead...any ideas before I stand on my head to start tracking the wires back??
