Sunfire GT engine SWAP

Hey, so my motor is still running alright and all but I found a 2004 Sunfire Ecotec that was totalled and was wondering how hard it would be to swap the engines.
I have a 2001 Sunfire GT with the 2.4L standard and the donor car is a 2004 Sunfire with the 2.2L ecotec standard. I wanted to swap it all over motor and tranny. Wondering if there would be lots of problems with this switch and if I should buy the motor and tranny now for when my engine dies on me.
