starter help.

i have a 89 crx it will not crank over at all no noise. all lights come on and stuff though. i tried to hot wire it but nothing. could i of killed my starter by pushing push button to long?

any help is apprciatted.

You tried jumping your battery over to the small plug on the starter? If that doesn't work, then yes, your starter is done.
