98 tahoe 4x4 problems

i have a 98 chevy tahoe and it keeps blowing the tcase fuses nuetral,2hi,4hi lights stay on and no service 4x4 light comes on need help!

That "t-case" fuse is "hot at all times". Does it blow as soon as you put a new one in or just when you select a 4wd function?
