auto accord with h22 axle problem

i have a 90 accord with a jdm h22a i went to replace the rh side axle and when i went to replace it the axle was to long... would i put a stock f22 axle or??? i never put the motor in i bought it that way along with $1,500 back even into it.. because of such a horrible swap.. i had my frontend guy at my dealership look at it... everytime i turn to the right the whole right side shacks horribly .... HELP ............................. :banghead:
