when i click the turn signal to go right the light works fine blinks on and off
when i click the turn signal to go left the light stays on and does not blink
i think the problem might be the flasher
if it is the flasher i dont even know where the location is?

One flasher unit handles both sides, so if it blinks in one direction and not the other, the flasher is NOT the problem. A lack of flash on one side indicates that either the front or rear bulb (or both at the same time) is burnt out or you lost the ground. I suggest you turn on the problem signal, then walk around the outside of the car to see which bulb is not working. Then do the same with the emergency flashers blinking. I think then you will find your problem bulb. Chrysler also used a funking way of grounding the bulb circuit in the light holder. I have lost the ground on my left rear bulb holder more than once. In fact, my left signal does not blink, either, because I lost the ground again and I haven't fixed it yet. Check it out and let us know what you find.

the bulb actually goes on so i know its not burnt out the bulb just stays on when i indicate
so maybe i have to replace the actual switch?

When you click on the turn signal, this lights three separate lights, the indicator on the dashboard, the rear "dual-filiment" bulb in the taillight and the front "dual-filiment" bulb in the parking light. Did you check all three for illumination? The loss of "bright" filiment in either the park light or tail light bulb will cause the flasher not to flash, even if the running light filiments in both bulb work. Check again and let us know what you find.

I have a '94 sundance and I am having a similar problem that just started today. My turn signals won't work and wont light up on the dash board. I already checked the fuse and it was just fine. The E lights work fine so it isn't the flasher. I'm guessing I lost the contact on the wiring each time i try to switch the t signal lever.
Anyone else have suggestions on what could be wrong?
