1974 Lincoln Continental Mark IV Electrical Issues...Help?

Air con./defrost/heater don't work. They used to work when I first tried them about a month ago but quit as of then. The car has been sitting for five years and has just come back to life. Fuse? Electrical short? Climate control module?
Windshield wipers have never worked since I bought the car. Every now and then they'll creep up out of nowhere and park themselves part way up the window before going down a few seconds later. I have no idea.
Passenger window is the same story as the air; used to work but quit as of recently.
Driver's window grinds gears; I'd assume the motor or regulator has broken teeth.
Power seats work when they want to.
High beams don't work; this model is equipped with the sensor and automatic high beams.
ALL motors are weak.Much appreciated if someone would help. Thanks.

sounds just like my '78. the drivers side window I haven't fixed yet but I did find all the window and seat motors where fine but the switches where all corroded inside so try replacing them. as for the climate controls might be the same thing but I'm not sure I found the climate controls to be a more complicated then the engine and lighting combined. and most of the system is on the firewall on the outside. does anything work? if the fuse is good check the connections going to the big black box on the passengers side of the firewall.
on the lights I had the opposite problem my high beams worked but my low beams didn't so many stupid wires coming off that light switch I just ran new wires and installed a new switch. but if you want take a multimeter to all those wires and see if you can find anything. have fun, I'm planning on completely rewiring mine when I put it back together
