88 mazda 626

i just started using a mazda 626 as a racecar and im wondering if anyone knows where i can get engine parts or a used engine that i can rebuild for next year.
im also wondering what to run for oil i have 10w 30 amsoil and at the end of 10 laps when idlein it has 10 pounds of oil pressure.
