Have you checked the switch that is activated when the emergency brake is used....that could be sticking. On the air bag light......is the rear wiper working?...in the 94' the rear wiper and the air bags use the same fuse and if the rear wiper motor blew the fuse the air bag light will be on, check the fuse and replace it if blown. The good news is that seperating the wiring on the rear wiper and the air bags is a safety recall, and if the rear wiper motor is bad that will be replaced under the same recall........good luck

Have you ever replaced the clockspring in the Steering column? The airbag, horn and Cruise control buttons in the steering wheel are fed by wires that go through a spiral shaped section of wire that looks like a clockspring. They frequently go bad on Mopar minivans.
The Airbag system disables itself if it sees even a momentarily break in continuity to the squids that deploy the airbag. If you see the airbag light, your airbags are non-functional until you fix the problem.
If you are having any issues with the cruise control cutting out, or the horn sometimes not working, then the clockspring is the culprit.
I got mine for $35 at MoparPartz.com for my 01, and it was fairly easy to replace. You will need a steering wheel removal tool, a good assortment of short and long Phillups head screw drivers, and a couple of hours.
Very important disconnect the battery and wait 10 minutes before removing the steering wheel. Having an air bag go off in your face can seriously ruin your day, or put you in the Hospital.
