Bad experience with online vendor

Hi guys just wanted to update you with the trials and tribulations I have had with the Wheel connection.com
Well let me start by saying that I sometimes import rims and stuff for my friends for some small amounts of cash on the side. No big profit really more work than I make but just do whatever more of doing it a favour for my buds.
So anyways my buddy has a mercedes s500 and he wanted some new (more of the same) rims. He had/has 20 inch limited 357's on his car already. He wanted a new set. This is what they look like.

|They said it would take 3 weeks it took nearly 8.
When they arrived I was horrified because they had sent me
Helo rims that look similar but are clearly not the same

Not only that but it is obvious that they knew they didn't have the ones I ordered and attempted to pass off similar looking ones and hope I wouldn't notice. Of course since we already have the limited ones we noticed instantaneously.
Not only that but one of the center caps was already cracked.
And to top it all off the helo rims were cheaper per rim than the limited but they charged me for the limited ones.
Pretty pissed off customer\
when I called them the guy tried to convince me that they are the same rims althought they are clearly not. I was furious. In the end they agreed to resend a new center cap and reembourse me the difference but offered no type of exchange for the proper rims.
And i had to break this all to my friend.

You should be able to return for a refund... They were not what they said they were and you are entitled to your money back. BBB.

yeah i say BBB FTW, i tried them once and they did good job for me and for david on here i believe too.

Give 'em hell boy. Businesses don't like to fuck around with the BBB and will avoid a bad rep like the plague because they KNOW it will cost them business at some point. You have a legit beef that they tried to brush under the rug, don't let them treat you like a punk.
