Best way to replace rear motor mount?

What is the best way to replace the rear motor mount on a 92 Metro?

Raise and support the car on jackstands so it's high enough for you to get under it. Put a jack with a block of wood to hold the engine up from the oil pan. Slide under and remove the bolts.
