Help!b4 My Car Dies!

For some reason I cannot get my break lights to shut off. I have tried starting the car back up, driving and then parking again, but no luck. Have tried putting E-break on and off, have tried messing with break pedal. NOTHING IS WORKING! PLEASE HELP BEFORE MY BATTERY DIES!!!!!!!!!!

What kind of car is it? Need make and model. Have you tried to unplug the brake light switch at the bootm of dash should be connected to brake pedal.
