air idle controle

I am completely lost with this car now. i have a 1991 Lebaron and im having problems with the idle air controle. i replaced the part once and the car started up and idle'd great. but after i reved the engine a litlle the check engine light came back on and it burned the air idle controle. im not sure if it could be the pcu or maybe the wires are shorting out. i would apriciate any help i can get.

Check the continuity of the wires, check if they get power, and then replace your engine computer and see what happens.
