Painting different layers.

Its a second time this happens to me. I painted 3 layers of yellow the day after yesterday, and painted one layer today, the paint went totaly wrong, i got some sort of dirt, i mean the paint didnt lay down correct. My conclusion is, dont paint on dry paint, only on a fresh one, is this correct?

You can paint on dry paint, but you should allow the paint to dry completely before applying paint over it, it will take more than 3 days to dry completely though.
Allow at least a week for paint to dry if you intend on painting over it, the longer the better though.

Oh it was dry, i felt it with fingers, and already was fiting the model on the chassis etc. I think its just the quality of model master paint?

Yes, it could be partly to do with the paint manufacturer, but not altogether likely.
Paint can be dry to touch, but it does not mean that it is completely dry right down to the plastic. Enamels dry from the surface downwards, which is why they take so long to dry, you may think the paint is completely dry, but it is not.
For lacquer paints you should allow at least 5 days for it to dry, and for enamels allow at least 7 days, enamels dry slower.

You could have done your paint job in 1 day. Just did the coats about 5 to 10 minutes apart.
