3 strikes?

I didn't think much of this law when Ifirst heard of it,but weirdos like this should be kept out of society's way,IMO.

The crimes aren't that violent,but the underlying menace is sufficiently disturbing to warrant excluding this sicko from public places for a long time.

I agree with all prior posts, but instead of throwing shit at him, I think they should have a one week span where any woman who is minutely offended by the fact that he held women at gunpoint for their underwear, should be able to kick him in the balls once, and as hard as they can.

well that is cool too but that doesnt work for everyone with the 3 strike thing cause not all of them stole underware
