I've been browsing the Forums for a while but just picked up an 05 LS couple weeks back. Car has 30k on the clock, still another 8-10 months of warranty, and seems like a good car.
Did a little research on the LS but not much. Mine is the LS V8, was looking at an LSE but it was sold before i actually got around to buying a car. Still I'm impressed so far - just could use a bit more interior room in the back and trunk is kinda kinda small. I'm sorta familiar with the 4.6L V8 but not the 3.9L. Hope these are good engines - gotta keep this baby for several years haha

Congrats on the LS! That looks just like the black '04 I was hoping to get, but it literally sold just 30 minutes before I called on it. I ended up with a white '04 that I enjoyed for a year. My wife still has her black 2002 which is a lot of the reason I wanted one. I always liked the appearance of them, but after enjoying my wife's for a year or so, I decided I needed one for myself.

i found a black 05 LSE i was interested in. But someone just bought it a few days before i got this one i think. Didn't really matter, I got this one a few dollars cheaper than what they priced the LSE for so I'm happy :)

if i had to do it over again tho i'd kept my chevy :( sounds weird i guess to guys who like these cars, but i'm just not a Ford fan, never really was. i'm been more satisfied with el cheapo Aveo than this ride right now - its got too many gadgets for me - and i'm scared to death of a used Ford product - just i got caught in a bad spot and needed a car - this was all i could find...
i hope i didn't screw up but if i did, i'm kinda considering letting the bank repo it if it doesn't work out for me - and find an older chevy malibu or impala maybe :(
