Which Tiburon?

I am considering buying a tiburon... I found two great kits for the 2000-2002 tiburon and the 2003 tiburon. I can get a 2nd gen tiburon with low mialage for much cheaper than a new 3rd gen tiburon. I like the cuda body kit for the 2nd gen and the shark racing kit for the 3rd gen. Which one do you think looks better? Do you think I should go with a 2nd gen instead of a 3rd gen and save the money to do mods?

O yeah, if i go with the 3rd gen tiburon, i will have to wait about a year longer to save the money and i will have to wait even longer to get the kit. If i go with the 2nd gen, i can get it now and have the kit now. Consider that too.

the 2nd one is tight but it looks to wide . but its straight!

I agree, the First Gen looks the best. If you can pick a 1999, they have fewer problems than the 1997-1998.

If you are determined to get a gen2 or gen3...for gen3's get the I4 if you want to upgrade the engine beyond 250 WHP. The V6 engine is not known for it's strength beyond 250 WHP.

The gen2's are about 400 lbs lighter than the gen3's, so you might want to think about a gen2 if you want outright speed.

Go with a 2nd Gen, and a Ixion Body Kit.!!
