NO Crank problem

Please im begging for any suggestions here.. i have a 96 SOHC that i am going to run on a dirt round track tom!!!!!But heres the problem
It sat for a couple of years.. ran when i parked it and someone had robbed some fuses and such from it.. soo i put fuses back in and everything seems to work fine but it will not turn over.. you have no spark or fire when you manually jump the started over.. I need help.. anyone with any suggestions please let me know!:confused: :confused: :confused:

How is the battery?
