I have a 2001 toyota corolla le and I am looking to pick up a set of studded tires for it. However, I don't know the sizes that will fit on the car. I know the factory ones are 185-65-14, but I'm not sure what ones of those numbers I can get bigger or smaller.

Thank you,
Brock

try this site http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html but in general you can get the width of the tire to be a larger or smaller but remember that the aspect ratio (65) will be effected (just a little). If you want to get larger rims you will have to keep the tires smaller (some call this "+1, -1: so that it keeps the overall diameter of the wheel the same size.)

Don't know where you live but I would check to see of studded tires are legal on your state highways. Most Midwestern states have banned them due to several ware on the highway driving surface.
