Can anybody figure out why I cant open any windos on any of the 4 doors in this car? This is the latest of many electrical problems. All fuses are good. It is summer my A/C does not work and it is too hot to drive with the windows up. Thanks

Welcome to AF.

The power windows use a circuit breaker not any fuses. Regardless of checking fuse or breakers you'll need to check to make sure 12 volts supply is coming from power distribution, RAP relay and to at least the driver's side switch module.

What issue are you having with the A/C? Symptoms?

There is a leak in the line with my A/C. But I have all other elec. problems found on this page too. My heater/blower motor does not always come on, and the cruise control wont work if the blower does not come on. As soon as the blower decides to work, the cruise works again. Also my dash lights (dimmer controlled ones) are out and the odometer light as well. Thanks for the quick response.

You're welcome.

You have a bad ignition switch and harness for most of the electrical issues.

I agree with bnaylor that you have a bad ignition switch/harness. You can check the Grand Prix forum's (the Regal's mechanically similar sister car) tips and maintenance sub-forum for a DIY proceedure.
