clutch adjustment 95 k1500

is there any way to adjust the clutch pedal and whatnot on the hydraulic clutch system i have on my truck? it has been needing the pedal closer and closer to the floor to be able to hear it disengage, which is easy to hear since it has a decent whine with the clutch pedal not pressed down. i figure that the clutch is getting close to going out on me, and i have gotten to the point that i have to trick it into reverse by shifting into fifth to "stop the whine" and then quickly into reverse so that it doesn't grind... kinda janky huh?

If you slay cylinder is inside the transmission housing there is no adjustment.
Check clutch cylinder for full of fluid.
Bleed slay cylinder.
Can you feel clutch pressure all of the way down on clutch pedal?
Any fluid leakage out of back of clutch master cylinder or at slay cylinder.
Does it help to pump clutch pedal?
