1995 Grand Am Turn Signal Help

I need to know if someone how to change the front left turn signals in a 95 grand am. The turn signal burned out and when I went to replace it I could not find the freaking thing for the life of me. Do you have to remove the front bumper or some other stuff before you can get to it?

I remember being able to reach the socket while laying in front of the car, but there may be a splash shield or something blocking it...
