NOTE TO DnaProRacing: I was reading your post about how the K&N flatbed was the best Because of the heat of the coolant hose. Well this is my solution! Only thing is I have to pull into a gas station everytime I need my windows washed. But I was looking at my girlfriends Sunfire:lol2::lol: and saw Her Washer fluid chamber is compact (Pretty much identical to a Tall Boy can), and was wondering if it would fit somewhere near the filter.

no idea. i havent had a prob since i installed a performance chip. the right side fan runs pretty much all the time so the heat doesnt really go much past the first hash, even at red lights. the enclosed stock box is enough to keep the heat out, not to mention i run a small hose from the bottom/front of the box to the opening behind the head light, and i leave the flap above that open so it catches air from between the hood and the headlight. oh, and i strongly suggest purchasing bens chip over at 60degreev6.com. i went with 180 thermostat, better cooling fan times, park/nuet rev limit 4000rpm, top speed 150 and slightly higher shift points. im very happy with this chip and at $99 it was well worth it.
forgot to mention, you can only change the shift points with the 4t60e

here is my current setup;

as you can see, i have a hose going from the opening under the stock box to the space behind the headlight, aimed slightly upward and the flap open so air can be captured from between the hood and headlight. this seems to be the best setup out of all that i've tried, and i've tried a ton of em...
