93 voyager engine swap..?

Howdy all, just wondering if I can swap out the 2.5l 4 cyl for a 6 cyl.? If possible what car or van should I try and find as a doner?

I don't think many folks are too interested in engine swapping in these vehicles. If you have a 4 cylinder, you would be much time and $$ ahead to get rid of your voyager and buy one that already has the V6 (3.3 or 3.8).

With that said, I do think it would be neat to see one of these vans with a v8 in it, but I'm not sure there's any way to fit one in that engine compartment, and it would probably require conversion to rear wheel drive, another feat that goes WAY beyond your basic engine swap.

Ok on the 4 to 6 swap, and its funny you would say about a v-8. My father and I have wanted to do that. We measured it out and a bronco 2 has the right length of floor channel and tranny hump to cut out and put in the van for makeing it rear wheel drive and with making mounts and moving the rad. ahead and useing and electric fan a 350 should fit. Guess I might have to find something else to run and keep the van to make a sleeper, lol!
