Lost Accessory Electrical Power

1995 Chevy G20 Hightop conversion van.

Everything was fine until... I was vacuuming out the compartment that holds the VCR and it came unplugged (vehicle was running). Didn't think nothing of it until I went to turn on the TV (which is upfront and overhead with VCR in compartment net to it), and realized there was no power to it at all. Turns out that there is no power to any of the rear accessories - TV, VCR, Nintendo, Valance Lights, or Aircraft lights... (and Yes, the overhead switches were turned on - the switch all the way to the right, which has an "Auto [something]" light next to it when switched on, doesn't come on either). The radio and interior lights (e.g. when door is open) do work - the cigarette lighters work also.

I pulled every fuse I could find and none are blown - pulled them all in the fuse block and there were two other 3 amp in-line fuses under the dash.

What am I missing...?

Converson van have a lot of inline fuses and some use relay for aux power.
Also check under hood for add on fuses.

On the main fuse box check for 12 volts on both sides of fuses.

I bought a tester and have been checking, but can't find it. I'm thinking there must be one I just can't find... Checking under the hood didn't do much good either. The couple of relays there seem to be be for fans, cruise, etc. Or have so many wires that don't know what I'm testing for.

I'm getting really disappointed that such a fuse/relay that runs to many things is so hard to find...

A good wiring diagram for the van conversion would help.
Go to the switch for the van accessory stuff and trace back for relay or fuse link or fuse.

Been doing a lot of investigating and taking things apart, but I think I have come to a conclusion...

I have checked every fuse and tested both sides of all fused that I could find, and all is good. However, I took down the overhead counsel - where the switches are that no longer work - and tested the wires there. There is power going into the microprocessor board, but none coming out... (there is a lead that goes from the board which is pigtailed to each of the switches). So none of the switches are getting power... Since the red wire is hot going in, and the red wire(s) out are not, my guess would be something in the middle - which would be the microprocessor board - isn't letting power through... I don't know enough about electronic boards to be positive about this, though (maybe there are other reasons why the power doesn't pass through - there are 3 other wires in the harness along with the red power one).

Any suggestions now? Anyone know somewhere I can find a new/used board? Any help would be appreciated!

I can not help much on the converson van wiring and switch set up.
I would find a good wiring diagram for the van converson.
And go from there.

I haven't had much luck finding a good diagram; bought a Haynes Manual, but that showed nothing. Does anyone know where to get a new board? Or is that something that can be repaired? I got the van last month, it had been in someones storage for about 2 years. When I took down the overhead counsel, there was a large, and apparently long abandoned, mouse nest right on top of the board... I am guessing that it caused something to overheat or something...

Haven't found any good hits by Googling for the board... Anyone know of a retailer/reseller? Thanks
