99 Honda Civic EX window problems.

The windows all roll up slow. There is 85,000 on this car. I thought maybe the windows were dragging on the rubber track they slide up and down in. Maybe the rubber is dry. I didnt think all 4 motors for the four windows could be going bad but maybe someone on here knows why.

Problem is common to Civics and Accords. Use some silicon spray on the rubber tracks and that should loosen the sliding.
