Rear wiper and defroster not working

My rear wiper and my rear defroster wont's work. I checked the fuses and they are good. Any ideas on what it could be?

the best thing i can say for the wiper is take tha hatch apart and put 12 volts to the wiper motor and see if the wiper is working.

i've never had both the defroster and wiper quit :confused:

check the fuse...... if there is a fuse for it though :D

might be wiring....i think thats whats wrong with my rear wiper, i've replaced the motor, fuse but havent ever checked the wiring...my rear wiper hasnt worked in about a year...

There is a harness running down the right side rear pillar. It has a plug on it down by the tail light acceses door. Pull the little door off and reach up you will feel the plug. Make sure it is connected.

my defroster dosnt work but my wiper does:rolleyes: i cvant figure the defroster out, theres power through the copper in the window but it dosnt defrost:confused:

yay, I get to tell my story on my defroster, its messed up. Well its not really a story but, My 3rd brake light is hooked up to my rear defroster, i turn my rear defroster on, my brake light comes on. lol, its messed up, anyone have any suggestions on that one?

When these strange things happen, I always check for bad grounds.

its more like a bad source, considering its only getting power when the rear defroster is on. But i don't know any of the wires back there.

same thing happens to me....:confused:
