first gen front end conversion

alright i have a 1990 ls integra that iv been working on the last couple of months as my project im finishing the motor swap as we speak and im about to start body work. i have a the front bumper and hood off a 94 second gen. integra if i get myself a set of fenders would i be able to do the front end conversion or is there going to be cutting and welding involved?im not looking to do any crazy work. can anyone help me out on some advise?
