97 Bonne Tranny

I need help figuring out what ratio my tranny is! Is it a 2.84 ratio opt. F17 or is it a 3.06 ratio opt. FW2? Is there anywhere it will tell me without tearing the whole thing apart first?

You would either have to look at the SPID( RPO List) Located on top of the spare tire cover...

Or you would have to get the info off the tranny tag on the rear side of the trans
