2008 Crown Vic Differences

Anybody here have the true knowledge to answer this question? Possibly a fleet dealer or fleet mechanic? What are the differences between a P70 and P71. I would suspect the PCM would have different settings, but would the suspension componets (steering box ratio or spring rates for example), have the same factory assembly numbers, as well as the engine/transmission componets, the seats and main electical systems and so on. Don't count the specialized wiring packages or the rear impact compnents. Just so you know what a P70 is, apparently it's the factory designation of a fleet taxi package.

From Wikipedia -

In 2002, Ford introduced a long-wheelbase version of the Crown Victoria, available only to commercial fleets (mostly used by taxi companies) in North American markets. This version gave 6 extra inches of wheelbase length, made possible by a new frame and extended body.
This version is not available to the general public, nor is there a stretched version of the Police Interceptor (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Crown_Victoria_Police_Interceptor). In the Middle East (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Middle_East), long-wheelbase versions of both the Mercury Grand Marquis (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mercury_Grand_Marquis) and Crown Victoria are available to the general public.
