99 Jetta front window

The right front window in my jetta stopped working. The plastic clip that attaches the window to the mechanism closest to the lock is broken and the motor doesn't work.

Can th clip be replaced??
Since the motor has about 20 wires, does anyone know which color wires are used to operate the window??
