You will need to buy a mattdog adapter plate. It won't bolt to the SOHC head...it is a direct bolt on to the DOHC.
You also need alot more than the turbo to get it going. You will need a RRFPR, bigger injectors, tap the oil pan for a return line, coolant and oil lines, bigger fuel pump and so on.
