Hunter Wheel alignment System A-111

I came across this, it was a friend of mines, and he recently passed away, his wife would like to sell it, and I do not know anything about the price that we should be charging for it, anybody out there offer any insight? I am told that the machine is in great condition and works perfectly...any buyers? any thoughts on what she should try to get out of it?
