97 supreme help!!

well yesterday on my way home my bat light came on. got home while running put voltmeter on terminals and it read 11.2. when air, lights, radio on and idle at 1500 it read 10.2, so i figured alt is going. well had to drive it today to work and planned on takin alt off tomorrow. well on my way to work (35 mile drive) my abs light came on. thaought o.k, pulled over shut car off and restarted and after a few seconds it came back on. got off work, went out started fine, batt, and abs light still on. turned the a/c on for a sec just to cool car down, no cold air. then started to freak me out. so i had everything off no radio no nothin. then about 2 miles from home on the highway, it kicked outta overdrive and the speedo and tach started jumping and twitching. and i had no blinkers. windows and locks work. got home and shut it off. it seemed to be idleing high to. now, could this all be due to alt? please someone tell me some good news that it could be. gonna get bat and alt tested tommorrow.
its a 97 cutlas supreme 2 door, 3.1 with 61k.

Lots can happen without a true 12volts running back thru the system. If Alt tested bad, thats the first indication.

ok had alt tested it was bad. put on new one and bat light is off. but abs light is on still. and now my radio wont kick on. and the door chime wont sound. if i lock or unlock it will ding and if i hold the lock button it will ding normal. any ideas? everything else seems to be working. i looked at the radio fuse it looks fine
