Help

:banghead: I got a friend with a 93. He said he backed out the garage and it just shut off. The engine will spin over but will not crank.He checked and has fuel at the rail, spark plugs are igniting, compression, engine is in time. He also tried ether and the engine doesn't act like it wants to catch. The plugs are not wet either. What else can it be? i was thinking the ecm but I'm not sure. What else should i check?? plus we checked fuses. all ok
