Why would you lower a subaru, their suspension is finely tuned already for awd specs, lowering it would just ruin it.

Well it's the same as why change the intake and exhaust on any car for that matter. By lowering the car it's personal customizing, handling (pavement) improves by a lower C of G - the amount of drop is determined by shaft and joint angles etc. however my question is to find out other owners experiences and suggestions.
It's a toy and a daily driver nothing more of course.

Unfortunately, not much subbies fans here on AF. I'm one of them (own an Impreza 97). You should check http://www.i-club.com/

The thing is, is that Subaru pre designs the cars suspension at the best possible ride height, angle, EVERYTHING for an awd car, before it rolls out, so basically all your doing is turning your car into a thug "ryde", you wont get better handling performance out of a set of lowering springs.

Don't lower the impreza!!!!! Their suspension is made to handle the way it is. By lowering it ur just gonna loose money and u no longer have the actual handling how it is suppose ot be!!!!
