I need new motors for my windows on my 94 town car, When I was looking I noticed that most all places have a core and some sold reman motors. Does anyone know how to or how hard it is to rebuild the motor your self?

Hello
Depending on what's wrong with the motor. If it has the worn drive (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/) clutch inserts, that's simple to replace. I am looking for a good source for right now for those inserts. A good cleaning on the motor parts and brushes can go a long way too. Some motors can be tricky to take apart with out breaking things. It's been a while since I've had one of the LTC motors completely apart. I don't remember if it's easy or not. I have some good used motors; let me know if you decide to go that route.

The ones I have now will go up and down but they are very slow spots and sometime I have to help them up by hand. I found some brush replacements on ebay, I bought them I thought I might give that a try. how much is a use one?

Hello
Well if you found the brushes on ebay, clean the motor and replace the brushes. That's the way I would go. I ask 25.00 for a good used motor.
