Spark Plug Compatibility

Hello All ... any help on this would be appreciated.
I've recently changed the spark plugs on my 92 Accord. The recommended spark plugs (one of three different types) are the NGK ZFR5F-11. In place of these I am using the ZFR5FIX-11 plugs (Iridium Tips). Is there any problem with using these plugs? I've heard they burn hotter?
Any help would be great.
Thanks,
Al

iriduim lasts longet but it's electrical conductivity is poorer than the copper ones. i had the iridiums for 3 days in my car and switched back to copper tips. a world of difference

also the coil and wires are not designed to fire those plugs and so they actually cause a weaker burn in the cylinder. and can cause your cap, rotor, wires, and coil to fail prematurely:frog:
