Removing rear wiper arm

How do I get that sucker off? I've pulled and pryed but don't want to break anything... I know my mustang has tabs you pull to release the wiper arms, any trick on the civic?

a bolt and a clip, if that doesn't work - 2 or 3 jaw puller

is the bolt underneath the panel or something? i didn't realize the arm bolted on in the rear

where the arm connects to the body, thats a cover over a nut, should just slide off.
