91 ninety eight no dash lights or radio?

On my 1991 ninety eight everything runs fine but I have no instrument panel lights and the radio will not come on. I have checked the fuses and they were all good. Please help me.

You mean no radio operation or no radio lites?

I fixed the radio, but still no dash lights at all, no speedo, gasgauge.
