Rattling From Strut Tower

Sorry for the long read...

This is for a 95 Honda Accord

So... Recently I am hearing a rattling from my drivers side rear strut. I can hear it alot from the inside of the car, so I am assuming its the top of the strut.

When I first put on my spring and struts (aftermarket obviosuly) It did the same thing. I jacked it up fooled around with it but did not really messs with anything and it fixed it. That lasted for about a year.

This time I did that but once I hit a big hole it came back after like a day. I did it again and it worked for 10 minutes. So finally I really looked into it. There is a Round rubber peice that has come loose from where the strut enters the rear of the car. Since this peice has come off the strut is sitting by the metal which I believe is the rattling I am hearing.

I attempted to force the rubber peice back in, but once I move the strut up and down it comes out. I checked out the other side of the car and it looks like there may be a metal peice holding it on.

How can I fix this? a new rubber mounting thing. Sorry, not sure what exactly it it.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanx in advance
