blinker problem

i have a 2000 intrigue. the right blinker doesn't work but the left one does....... when i turn on the right one you can here it but the blinker stays off and the far right light turns on(which is not the signal light)

thats your cornering light turning on - normal.....you said you can hear it clicking but no lights blink? I guess go through the obvious and check the bulbs, often the blinker multiswitch messes up and needs replaced.
