Power Mirror Testing procedure

Cleanin a closet I found the Powered Rear View Mirrors from my old 95 GC that got rid off a few years back and tried to test them to see if the work by jumping the leads on the connectors but I can only get the mirrors to go up and down.

How do I test these mirrors to make sure they work as they should?

Any one knows this...?
