:banghead: Ok so around Christmas of last year i had to replace my cam seal because it blew out the side of my engine. upon replacing that i replaced my timing belt cause it was REALLY stretched out, new A/C belt / new alternator belt, and a new water outlet cause i accidently cracked the old one getting the radiator hose off. Well i drove it all winter and whenever i was at a stop a little bit of steam would come out from under the hood. I replaced my radiator cap and it solved the problem till it started getting really hot out (75+) then it would just blow radiator fluid out past the cap and it would boil up into my overflow which would fill then spill onto the ground. I then replaced my water outlet again because it cracked like it was under extreme heat and replaced my thermostat. that solved the problem for about 2 days. this time it did the same thing just blowing out the fluid. I checked to make sure my radiator fans were kicking on and they are. it doesn't leak anywhere else and ive flushed my radiator and replaced my coolant so its protected to 265 degrees. It looks like my radiator cap isn't making a good seal to the water outlet and ive had to replace it with the one from autozone 3 times now since the last one cracked also. its so bad that to drive 20 miles i have to add almost a gallon of antifreeze! could really use any suggestions. :crying:

Have you had the rad. pressure checked?Sometimes they will crack at a seam and you really cant see it.

By water outlet do you mean to the overflow tank?
