Your favorite F1

This is one of the few cars and few forums where there is sufficient information for people to state what there favorite individual car is.

Thought it would be fun if we set out our favorite F1 and if possibly why.

Just of the top of my head i'd probably go for Flemke's F1, is it 038? Love the colour and think the modifications have been very sympathetic.

Flemke's F1 is #040, a good choice; It'd certainly be in my top 5, maybe even my top 3.

Different factors may decide people's favourite F1 - styling, history, personal experience, pedigree, vision / innovation etc.

That's a fantastic set of choices, your quite right, got to agree with you about 01R as well. Kind of have a soft spot for XP LM as well.

The interior of XP4 always put me off a little. While the exterior colour of XP5 was always a draw, as was the record!

Interior of XP4? It was a bit 'personal choice' before Larry Blair had it changed to resemble a GT interior

My favourite interior (believed to be) #029 as it blends so well with the exterior colour and I think it agree's with the 'Ultimate GT' moniker

Some of the matching papaya interior pieces are a bit strong, but I love the color and the shade of green chosen for the interior. And again, many, many thanks to Roger_PH for the beautiful, detailed picts of this car.

I love blues and greens, and this one is stunning. Even though the interior looked quite nice pre-Blair, I love the current blue over white contrast.

my fave's that's Ive seen myself are 018 and 040

I have a lot of favorites for a lot of reasons when it comes to the F1. If I had to narrow the selection down to just one it would have to be chassis #011. Though it's current interior treatment isn't exactly what I would have chosen, the exterior color combined with the LM-kit and GTR wheels is just stunning. I'd never get tired of staring at it, that is for sure. :thumbsup:
