ok ..i have a few other threads going
this one is a 94 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 reg cab/long bed. cummis 217k miles
and yes we plow with it
trans was rebuld last year by a trans shop
This trans feels pretty good with two small problems,...the first shit of the day takes a min or two....i know leave it in neutrual.....but i never had to do that with anyother dodge i have before this one and now my 96
also the bigger problem, while at a constant speed...the trans with downshift..., then decied that it was better in the gear it had, and go back up....it will do this rappedly... 3 seconds in the lower gear then back to the higher one....also sometimes...it will stay in the high gear, but lock and unlock the converter...
while accelerating the truck seems fine, it might hold out the gears a little longer than id like but it seems ok , decelerating is fine
any help would be appreated
