Well I have been busy the last couple of hours. I worked on the carbon fiber mirrors and the rear wing. I also cleared it, now it just needs to sit there and dry for a couple of days before it gets polished.

All these still need some more microsol time.

So the fun of this hobby is that we learn constantly from our mistakes. Well, heres my lesson learned for the day. "Before clearcoating most CF decals, clean them." Heres what I mean, take a Q-tip (or paint brush) dipped in water and just brush it on lightly, then take the dry side and wipe off all the water and let dry. This is done to avoid the stain from the microsol showing up after clearcoating. I had learned this before but was anxious to get that bad boy under clear. PATIENCE is a Virtue. Now you can see more at the top of the hood. Camera really didnt bring it all out.

Well got some more work done. I finished up the mirrors and rear wing. All they need is just a little polishing and their good to go. Im still waiting to polish the civic, I like to give it plenty of time to dry. I also finished the seats and the dash. Enjoy

Yea so i didnt have anything to put on the nav screen so i decided to cover it up. And although its hard to see there is a civic type R decal on the top piece of the CF. Very tiny.

I took a break from the Calsonic build and finished up the civic. All I have to do is put on the front and rear license plate. Ill post the official completed pictures soon. And the CF is from Scalemotorsport

I'm not a big fan of Civics because they tend to end up being way too "riced up" but this one looks clean and not over the top. Shame about the stains on the hood though.
